One record, shared by everyone treating you.
A patient's file is written once and read everywhere it's needed — the front desk, the consulting room, and the patient's own phone.

A lab slip lost in a family chat, scanned once, explained in plain words, and on the record for everyone treating you.
One record. Every screen that needs it.
A lab report attached in the consulting room is already at the front desk and on the patient's phone. Nothing was sent anywhere. Each screen carries only what that job needs.
The day, in the order it arrives.
- Today's queue, filtered by status
- Approve requests against real working hours
- Check in, reschedule, mark a no-show — all in an audit log
- A one-tap nudge before the day starts
Before: a register or a notebook
History already open when they sit down.
- Vitals, visit notes and prescriptions
- Vaccinations and growth, plotted across visits
- Previous visits and documents on one timeline
- A printable yearly review
Before: photos in a chat thread
The file, in words you can actually read.
- The full record, with a plain-language summary of each entry
- Request an appointment, confirm before arriving
- One household, several people — a parent manages a child's record
- Reminders for what's due next
Before: a paper file, sometimes forgotten
Who can open a record is a rule, not a setting.
Only the people you'd expect.
You and your family. A doctor you link by scanning their code. Staff at a clinic where you're registered. No one else can open your record.
Files go straight from your phone to secure storage.
Every report, in plain words.
MedLog's AI reads each upload and writes a short summary anyone can follow. It also points to related results from earlier visits. It never diagnoses.
Every link runs out.
Documents open through short-lived links. A post-visit share stops working after seven days.
Summaries read one patient.
Scoped to that patient's own documents when the query is made.
Live updates carry no content.
An identifier and a status — never a name or a line of a summary.
Can I sign up today?
The patient app is coming soon to the Play Store. For clinics, there's no self-serve signup yet — staff accounts are set up by a clinic administrator. If you run a clinic and want to be an early user, email us.
Does the AI make a diagnosis?
No. It summarises one entry and finds related passages in that patient's earlier documents. It does not diagnose, prescribe or triage, and it is not a medical device. Every clinical decision stays with the doctor.
Could it see another patient's history?
Retrieval is scoped to a single patient when the query is made, and documents are opened through links that expire.
Does it work on poor connections?
The apps need a connection to read and write the record. Offline capture isn't built yet — worth raising on a call if it matters for your clinic.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for now. MedLog is free while it's in early use. If that changes, the price will be shown here in plain numbers.
If you run a clinic, we'd rather show you than describe it.
A walkthrough is the real thing — the front desk, the consulting room and the patient's phone, booked directly with us.
