This page covers two things: this website, and the MedLog apps (the front desk app, the consulting room app and the patient app). Questions about either go to info@mahika.ai.

This website

The website is a set of static pages. It has no sign-in, no forms and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. When you open it, your browser fetches the pages, images and fonts from our host; that request carries the usual technical details such as your IP address, which the host handles under its own policy. Nothing you do on this site is tracked by us.

If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply and follow up. We don't add you to any list.

The MedLog apps

MedLog holds one record per patient, written once and read by the people treating that patient. The record contains what a clinic enters at a visit: vitals, visit notes, prescriptions, vaccinations, growth measurements, attached documents such as lab reports, and appointment details. The patient app shows that record, with a plain-language summary of each entry.

Who can open a record

Access is a rule, not a setting. A record can be opened by:

Staff accounts are issued by a clinic administrator; there is no self-registration. Deactivating a person changes what happens next, not visits that already happened.

How documents and summaries are handled

The summaries are generated by an AI model. It summarises one entry and finds related passages in that patient's earlier documents. It does not diagnose, prescribe or triage, and every clinical decision stays with the doctor.

Your choices

To see, correct or export your record, ask your clinic or email us. To stop a doctor or clinic from opening your record, unlink them in the patient app or ask your clinic to deregister you; this affects future access, not the history of visits already recorded.
